Pacific Rim Whale Festival, March 14-22, 2009
It's a whale of a time during the 22nd annual Festival, celebrating the migration of 20,000 Pacific Grey Whales past our shores on their journey from Baja to Alaska. The Festival offers over 70 events for the young and young at heart, from a plethora of whale sightings to hands-on education about whales and the tradtions of the Nuu-chah-nulth people of the West Coast.
